摘　　要：自 2 0 0 2年年底以来 ,油运市场向好 ,但是大量新船的订造和交付使用 ,以及大批本应拆解的老旧油船推迟退役 ,使油船运输市场前景笼罩上了一层云雾。为此 ,从世界经济发展、水上石油运输需求、运力供给等影响因素分析入手 ,对国际油船运输市场的走势做出了分析、判断 ,并对中国油船运输船队的建设提出看法和参考意见。The market of oil transportation by sea has got firm since the end of 2002. But the large amount of order book and new deliveries as well as the delayed withdra wal of the old tankers make the future of the market unclear. Based on the analy sis of world economy development and waterborne oil transportation demand, tanke r supply, this paper predicts the future trend of the world this paper predicts the future trend of the world tanker transpowertation market and presents view s about the construction of the Chinese tanker fleet.
