摘  要:采用均相沉积法在不锈钢表面制得均匀透明的多孔TiO2纳米膜材料。用TEM、XRD、TG-DTA、GB15979-2002等方法对膜及杀菌性能进行了研究。结果表明:膜材料为均匀的多孔锐钛矿型TiO2膜;TiO2晶粒大小在10-30nm;该膜对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌在30min内的杀菌率均达到90.00%以上。Uniform transparent and porous TiO2 coatings on the surface of stainless steel were prepared by the homogenous precipitation method. The coating's structure, composition, grain size and bactericidal capability were studied by means of TEM, XRD, TG-DTA and China national standard GB 15979 - 2002 for disposable sanitary products. The results showed that the coating was a kind of material composed of uniform and porous TiO2 nanocrystalline, the grain size was between 10-30 nm, and it had a high bactericidal capability, its bactericidal percentage to escherichia colt, candidn albicans and staphylococcus aureus was over 90. 00% within 30 min.
