高位及后段鼻中隔偏曲的鼻内镜手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨彻底矫正鼻中隔高位及后段偏曲、有效治疗鼻窦炎和顽固性鼻出血手术的方法。方法 对20例鼻中隔高位偏曲,27例高位偏曲合并其它部位偏曲及5例后段棘突患者在鼻内镜下分别行鼻中隔黏膜下矫 正术及局部矫正术。结果经术后1～48月随访,所有患者均取得满意效果,未出现任何并发症。结论 鼻内镜下 鼻中隔手术是治疗高位及后段鼻中隔偏曲的有效方法,且并发症少,微创化。同时还可同期进行鼻中隔、鼻窦手术。Objective To explore the more practicable surgical procedures for the treatment of septal deviation in the upper and posterior parts in order to treat sinusitis and intractable epistaxis more effectively. Methods Included in this study were twenty-seven cases with septal deviation in the upper and posterior parts and five cases with spur in the posterior segment of it. They were all operated on under nasal endoscope to correct the deviated septum and followed up for 1 to 48 months after the surgery. Results All the cases showed satisfactory therapeutic effects on the lesions by the end of following up period, with no any complications occurred among them. Conclusion Septal surgery under endoscope is an ideal procedure to treat septal deviation in the upper and posterior parts. This procedure can be carried out with minimal invasion and fewer postoperative complications and it can be performed to combine septal operation with sinuous surgery at the same time.
