摘 要:就赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)藻液及各组分对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus) 早期发育阶段的影响及敏感性时期作了探讨。实验结果表明,原肠期前的发育卵和初孵仔鱼对赤潮异弯藻较其他发育阶段更为敏感。在同等条件下藻液对牙鲆早期发育各阶段的毒性最大,其次是藻细胞碎片和藻细胞内容物,去藻过滤液的毒性最小。暴露在高浓度80 000 cells/ml藻液中,96 h后仔鱼的存活率为47 .6%;而在同浓度的去藻过滤液中, 96 h后仔鱼的存活率为90%。藻液对牙鲆仔鱼96 hLC50为35 042 cells/ml。The effects of algal culture and different fractions of Heterosigma akashiwo on the early development of Paralichthys olivaceus were studied.The sensitivity of Paralichthys olivaceus to algal toxin in the early life stages was also discussed. The results indicated that the fertilized eggs in blastula stage and yolk-sac larva of Paralichthys olivaceus were more sensitive to algal toxin than those in other development stages. Among the several fractions, the toxicity of algal culture acting on the early development of Paralichthys olivaceus was the highest, and cell-free medium was the lowest in the same laboratory conditions. The survival rate was 47.6% when Paralichthys olivaceus in the pre-larval-stage was exposed to algal culture at the highest concentration of 80 000 cells/ml in 96 hours, while the survival rate was 90% when exposed to cell-free medium. 96 h LC 50 of Paralichthys olivaceus exposed to algal culture was 35 042 cells/ml.
