超声诊断宫颈妊娠的临床价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨宫颈妊娠的超声诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析6例宫颈妊娠患者的临床特点及声像图特征。结果　6例患者中仅1例刮宫术前经超声诊断为宫颈妊娠,其余5例均有刮宫术中或术后大量阴道出血的病史,再经超声检查后诊断为宫颈妊娠并给予保守治疗。结论　超声可提高临床对宫颈妊娠诊断的准确性,避免盲目刮宫造成的致命性大出血,保留患者的生育能力,降低母亲死亡率。Objective To study the diagnostic value of applying ultrasonography in cervical pregnancy (CP).Methods The clinical information and ultrasonographic characteristics of six patients with CP were analyzed retrospectively.Results Only one case of CP was diagnosed preoperatively by ultrasound, the other five patients with CP who had massive hemorrhage during or after curettage were diagnosed by ultrasound and allowed conservative therapy.Conclusion Ultrasonography can improve the accuracy of diagnosis in CP. This might avoid fatal vaginal bleeding due to curettage without judgment, preserve reproductive function and decrease the maternal mortality.
