摘 要:目的:探讨肝炎平抗家兔血吸虫性肝纤维化的作用及对血浆谷胱甘肽及半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法:实验分为3组:正常对照组(N组)、血吸虫感染+吡喹酮组(A组)及血吸虫感染+吡喹酮+肝炎平治疗组(B组)。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定各组血浆谷胱甘肽(glutathione ,GSH )及半胱氨酸(cysteine)水平。结果:B组胶原纤维含量低于A组;B组与A组比较,血浆谷胱甘肽及半胱氨酸水平均升高(P <0. 0 5 )。A组家兔血浆谷胱甘肽水平为(2 6 .18±2 .3 6) μmol/L ,B组为(4 1 0 0±5 3 2 ) μmol/L ;A组血浆半胱氨酸水平为(94. 83±8 .84) μmol/L ,B组为(117. 44±16 .88) μmol/L。结论:肝炎平通过调节血吸虫性肝纤维化家兔体内含硫氨基酸代谢,使血浆谷胱甘肽及半胱氨酸水平升高,增强抗氧化能力,可能是其具有抗肝纤维化作用的机制之一。Objective:To study the effect of Ganyanping on plasma glutathione and cysteine of rabbit model of schistosomal liver fibrosis.Methods:The rabbits were separated randomly into three groups:Group N was used as control. Group A was challenged and then treated with praziquantel. Group B was dealt as same as group A at first but treated with Ganyanping later. The plasma glutathione and cysteine were determined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The area of collagenous fibers of group B was lower than group A and the plasma glutathione and cysteine were evaluated in group B,showing significant difference ( P <0.05),as compared to group A. The glutathione level of group A was (26.18±2.36)μmol/L,while the level of group B was (41.00±5.32)μmol/L. The cysteine level of group A was (94.83±8.84)μmol/L,while the level of group B was (117.44±16.88)μmol/L.Conclusion:Ganyanping,after anthelmintic treatment,could evaluate the level of plasma glutathione and cysteine of rabbit model of schistosomal liver fibrosis and then enhance the antioxidative function,by regulating the sulfur metabolism. And it may be one of the antifibrotic mechanisms of Ganyanping.
