摘 要:目的考察野罂粟全草中野罂粟碱最佳提取方法以及确定HPLC含量测定方法学.方法用盐酸调pH 4酸水、70%乙醇、70%乙醇(2次)+酸水及95%乙醇作为提取溶剂,得到4种提取物并用HPLC法测定各提取物中野罂粟碱含量并以此为指标,确定最佳提取工艺.结果酸水提取物中野罂粟碱含量最高9.987%.结论野罂粟全草中野罂粟碱用pH 4酸水提取得率较高.Objective To investigate the best extractive method of papaverine from whole wild poppy and determine the assay methodology of HPLC. Method To use PH4 acid water blended with hydrochloric acid (HA), ethyl alcohol (70%), ethyl alcohol (70%, two times) blended above acid water and ethyl alcohol (95%) as the extractive lysogen to extract four kinds of extractives. HPLC was used to detect the contents of papaverine in above four kinds of extractives and then the best extractive technology was determined with the contents of papaverine as the indexes. Result The content of papaverine in the extractive by PH4 acid water was the highest. It was 9.987% mg/g. Conclusion Papaverine extracted from whole wild poppy by PH4 acid water has a higher extractive rate.
