抗肝硬化复方对胆汁淤积性肝硬化的保护作用

摘　　要：目的　观察抗肝硬化复方(BJ JN)对胆汁淤积性肝硬化的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法　利用胆总管结扎术制备大鼠肝脏胆汁淤积性肝硬化模型,于造模第四周起ig给予BJ JN3、6、12g/(kg·d)和阳性对照药肝灵8g/(kg·d),连续14d检测血生化、肝匀浆SOD活性、MDA、肝组织羟脯氨酸(HyP)的含量和肝脏病理组织学的改变。结果　3个剂量BJ JN均能使肝、脾指数和血浆ALT明显降低。病理组织学结果显示,BJ JN对肝脏病理性改变有改善作用。3个剂量BJ JN均能明显提高肝硬化大鼠的SOD活性和总蛋白含量,降低HyP含量,中、高剂量组能明显降低肝组织MDA含量。结论　BJ JN对胆总管结扎术所致肝硬化具有明显的保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。Objective To explore the effect of BJ-JN on hepatic fibrosis of cholestasis and its mechanisms. Methods The rat model of hepatic fibrosis of cholestasis was induced by common bile duct ligation, the sample of liver and blood were measured. The damage of liver tissues was observed by light microscope. Results Compared with the model group,there were five changes in BJ-JN treated groups. Liver indicators,spleen indicators and ALT in blood significantly reduced in three groups of BJ-JN. Pathology histology result was shown: the largest quantity significantly amended liver cirrhosis,lightened the trauma of liver cell,reduced the infiltration of inflammation cell;there were the same trend in the lowest and middle quantity of BJ-JN. Three groups of BJ-JN improved liver SOD activity and total protein,meanwhile reduced hydroxyproline level,the largest and middle quantity of BJ-JN reduced MDA content.Conclusion BJ-JN effectively suppresses hepatic fibrosis by anti-oxidation.
