摘　　要：目的　探讨自由臂三维超声成像技术的临床应用价值。方法　采用自由臂三维超声成像方法对43例各种疾病的患者进行三维重建。结果　三维图像重建满意者38例,成功率88%。三维图像形象逼真,形态直观,立体感强,空间关系明确。结论　自由臂三维超声成像技术在临床应用是可行的,可以提供二维超声图像不能提供的病灶形态学信息。Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of the three-dimensional ultrasound imaging with free-hand. Methods Three dimensional ultrasound image scanning with free-hand was reconstructed stereoscopically in 43 patients with various kinds of disease. Results Three-dimensional imaging was reconstructed successfully in 38 patients (88%). And the reconstruction could provide clear stereoscopic views of the interesting structures, the morphological characteristics of the lesions and the surrounding possible involvements. Conclusion Clinical application of the three-dimensional ultrasound imaging with free-hand is feasible,and can provide morphologic information unattainable through two-dimensional ultrasound.
