摘  要:研究了弛豫-析出控制相变(RPC)技术生产的超细化低碳贝氏体钢回火后组织与性能的变化,并与控轧后空冷(AC)以及传统的再加热淬火工艺(RQ)得到的钢板进行了比较.结果表明,回火前RPC和RQ 2种工艺得到的钢板组织均为板条状贝氏体和少量粒状贝氏体的复合组织.RPC工艺得到的钢板经500~700 ℃回火1 h后,组织变化不明显,随温度升高呈现软化-硬化-再软化的变化规律.RPC工艺得到的高强韧性钢板具有良好的热稳定性.The microstructure and mechanical properties of an ultra fine low carbon bainitc steel processed by RPC (relaxation-precipitation controlled phase transformation) technology after tempering at 500-700 ℃ were investigated, meanwhile they were compared with those steels of same composition which processed by RQ (reheating and quenching) and AC (controlled rolling and air cooling) technology. The microstructure of RPC plate and RQ plate both were bainite and little granular bainite before tempering mainly. After tempering at 500-700 ℃ for 1 h, the microstructure of RPC plate did not change obviously, the hardness and strength of RPC plate displayed the phenomena of softening-hardening-softening with temperature increment. These results indicated that the high strength and toughness steel produced by RPC technology has high thermo-stability.
