摘  要:特殊钢一般含有一定的合金元素,冷却凝固状态不同于普通碳素钢,在连铸坯中更易产生成分和组织偏析,和表面裂纹等缺陷。所以冶炼特殊钢时应提高钢水的纯洁度,减少夹杂物含量和改善夹杂物形态,连铸时采用钢液二次氧化和污染,以减少铸坯低过热度( 1 0~1 5℃)浇注和保护浇铸技术,防止成分和组织偏析,提高铸坯表面质量和内部致密度。叙述了连铸保护浇铸技术,中间包冶金,电磁搅拌、凝固末端轻压下特殊钢连铸专用覆盖剂、保护渣和自动化技术。讨论了特殊钢连铸工艺参数,存在的问题和对策。In general the special steels contain given alloying element, of which the solidification state is different from general carbon steel more easy to produce composition and structure segregation and surface crack of casting billet. Therefore it is necessary to increase cleanliness of liquid steel during special steel steelmaking, decrease inclusion content and improve inclusion morphology, and using low overheating liquid steel (10~15 ℃) casting and shielding casting technology to prevent liquid steel secondary oxidizing, decrease segregation of composition and structure of casting billet, increase surface quality and internal density of billet. the casting shielding technology, tundish metallurgy, electromagnetic stirring, soft reduction at solidification end, specific mold powder for special steel casting, and automation technique are presented, and the process parameters for special steel casting, existent issue and countermeasure are discussed in this article.
