酸枣仁与其伪品滇枣仁的FTIR指纹图谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:研究酸枣仁与其伪品滇枣仁FTIR指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法:利用傅里叶变换红外分析仪,分别测定酸枣仁与其伪品滇枣仁生药材的红外指纹图谱。结果:KBr直接压片法测定所得的图谱,在180 0～960cm- 1 间,酸枣仁与其伪品的红外吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形和峰强等,存在明显差异可作为酸枣仁与滇枣仁的重要区别。结论:本方法快速准确,专属性强,重现性好,操作简便,红外图谱具有特征性和指纹性,且谱峰显著,可为酸枣仁与伪品滇枣仁的真伪鉴别提供红外光谱的鉴别指标。Objective:To study the method of the identification of the semen Zizphus spinosa Hu and Z.mauritiana Lam's FTIR fingerprint.Methods:The FTIR (Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy) was used to provide the IR fingerprint.Results:Among 1800～960cm -1 ,the numbers,positions ,shapes and strenthes of the absorption peaks were all different,and can be used to identify the two semens.Conclusion:The mehthod is rapid,reliable,impersonal and effective,and has good characteristic and fingerprints.It can be used for the identification of these two semens.
