绵羊胚胎移植受体同期发情处理技术研究

摘　　要：以小尾寒羊、同羊、内蒙细毛羊作受体,根据季节设计不同的同期发情处理方法,繁殖季节设计三个组,(Ⅰ)栓+PG组,(Ⅱ)栓组,(Ⅲ)PG组。非繁殖季节设计四个组(Ⅰ)栓+PG组,(Ⅱ)栓+PMSG组,(Ⅲ)栓组,(Ⅳ)PG+PMSG组。结果表明:(1)在繁殖季节,同一处理品种间同期发情率及受体利用率之间差异不显著。但非繁殖季节,同羊和内蒙细毛羊同期发情率和受体利用率很低。选用小尾寒羊作受体比较理想。(2)单独使用阴道海绵栓或与其它激素配合诱导母羊发情效果优于用PG组或PG+PMSG组,在非繁殖季节使用孕激素诱导母羊发情可以得到比较高的同期发情率。(3)季节对受体羊同期发情效果和受体利用率有明显影响。特别是对发情季节表现明显的品种。(4)繁殖季节和非繁殖季节母羊撤栓后集中发情时间大约相差12h。By the small tail sheep、tong sheep and Inner Mongolia sheep as recipient ,different synchronized estrus protocols were designed according to breed season. Three groups in breed season: (Ⅰ)sponge + PG group, (Ⅱ)sponge group, (Ⅲ)PG group. Four groups in enestrus season: (Ⅰ)sponge group, (Ⅱ)sponge + PMSG group,(Ⅲ)sponge group,(Ⅳ)PG+PMSG group. The result of the study showed that:(1)In breed season, there was no significant difference in the ratio of synchronized estrus and recipient utilization between the breeds performed same disposals. (2)In enestrus season, however, the both ratios is very low on both tong sheep and Inner Mongolia sheep, and small tail sheep is the better recipient. (3)Season obviously affects the synchronized estrus effect and recipient utilization ratio, especially, on the breed that is sensitive to season. (4)There is an about 12 hours interval in the time of sheep estrus between breed season and non-breed season after sponge removal.
