摘 要:以辣椒雄性不育系1442A(灯笼型)和13733A(羊角型)及其保持系和恢复系为试材,对花蕾中SOD、POD和CAT3种同工酶活性的变化趋势进行了研究。结果表明,随着花蕾发育,不育系1442A、13733A,保持系1442B、13733B,和恢复系1442C、13733C的SOD活性变化趋势分别一致,POD、CAT亦同。保持系和恢复系花蕾中SOD活性均高于相应的不育系;不育系花蕾中SOD活性先下降后上升,在2级花蕾时期最低;保持系花蕾中SOD活性先上升后下降,在2级花蕾时期最高;恢复系花蕾中SOD活性变化趋势大约呈“~”形。恢复系花蕾中POD活性一直高于相应的保持系和不育系,除1级花蕾时期外,不育系花蕾中POD活性一直低于相应的保持系和恢复系。恢复系花蕾中CAT活性一直比相应的保持系高,只在1级和7级花蕾时期,不育系花蕾中CAT活性高于相应的保持系和恢复系。随着花蕾发育,保持系和恢复系花蕾中CAT活性持续下降;不育系花蕾中CAT活性变化趋势为先下降后上升。In this research, we studied trends of SOD, POD and CAT activities in the flower buds of two pepper male-sterility lines 1442A(lantern type) and 13733A(goat cornu type) as well as their maintain lines and recovery lines. The results were as follows: as the flower buds development, trends of SOD activity in the flower buds of 1442A and 13733A, 1442B and 13733B, 1442C and 13733C were homological, respectively. As far as the POD and CAT were concerned, we founded the same results. The activities of SOD in flower buds of maintain lines and recovery lines were higher than that of male-sterility lines. And the trends of SOD in flower buds of male-sterility lines were firstly ascend then descend, and in the second stage of flower development, its activity was the lowest; but as for the maintain lines, the trends of SOD were contrary; as for the recovery lines the trends were approximately '~' shape. The activities of POD in recovery lines were always higher than those of male-sterility lines and maintain lines, those of male-sterility were lower than maintain lines and recovery lines except the first stage of flower development. The activities of CAT in recovery lines were always higher than those of maintain lines, and only in the first and the seventh stage of flower development, the activities of CAT of male-sterility lines were higher than those of maintain lines and recovery lines. As the flower development, the trends of CAT activity in maintain lines and recovery lines were all along descend, while those in male-sterility lines were firstly descending and then ascend.
