摘 要:选用在大田筛选中表现出对缺硼反应有较大差异的3个油菜品种,在控光控温的条件下,于含硼酸0.05,0.20,0.78,12.50,100μmol/L的营养液中培养15天,以鉴定油菜品种在硼营养特性上的遗传性差异及其机理,找出耐低硼油菜品种筛选所需的有效指标.结果表明,在低硼条件下,3个油菜品种的根长、株高、根茎伸长速率、干物质量及根冠比、各器官硼浓度及吸收量均存着明显的差异,这些参数(指标)与油菜品种的耐低硼能力有一致性的关系,根长是油菜苗期缺硼敏感性鉴别的一个有效指标.Three rape genotypes known to differ in response to boron deficiency in the field were grown under controlled laboratory condition in nutrient solution containing 0.05,0.20,0. 78,12. 50, 100 μmol/L H_3BO_3.This study was conducted to identify the genetic range in tolerance to.boron deficiency between varieties within B. napus L.and to identify specific responses which may be utilised as selection criteria in a breeding program. Significant differences in response to decreas-ing levels of boron supply were found between cultivars for the lengths, increase rate and dry weight of shoot and root.The concentration and content of boron were highest in shoot and root ofthe most tolerant cultivar and vice versa, Of the parameters measured, root length proved to be the most efficient indicator which discriminated between the responses of the three rape genotypes to boron deficiency at seedling stage.
