五大牧区草业发展与水资源关系研究

摘　　要：通过对五大牧区草原区草原资源现状及其分布、草原生产力及载畜能力以及水资源现状及开发利用潜力分析,按照国民经济发展和增加农牧民收入要求,预测2010年五大牧区草原区草业发展对水资源的需求。研究结果表明,2010年五大牧区草原区农牧民人均纯收入为3400元,其中人均畜牧业纯收入2584元,需要养殖牲畜总数16413万羊单位,饲草料需求量1198.2亿kg。牧区产草总量可达1003亿kg,载畜能力13705万羊单位。尚有2708万羊单位,年需要饲料约195亿kg,需要发展灌溉饲草料地来解决,对水资源的需求量将达到43.9-86.3亿m3。The paper predicts that the amount of water resource is demanded for prataculture development in five mail pastoral areas in 2010 based on analysis of condition and distribution of grassland resource, productive force and animal bearing capacity of grassland, condition and exploit potentiality of water resource, and the demand of national economy development and increasing farmer income in five mail pastoral areas. The results indicate that the farmer income will be 3000 yuan and the income of animal husbandry will be 2584 yuan, the total amount of animal husbandry will be 164.13 million sheep-unit, the total demand amount of forage will be 119.82 billion kilograms in 2010. But the total amount of practice product of forage is only 100.3 billion kilograms and satisfy the forage need of 137.05 million sheep-unit. So the demand amount of forage that satisfying the forage need of 27.08 million sheep-unit will be 19.5 billion kilograms solved by developing .the irrigated grassland and the demanded amount of water resource will be 4.39-8.63 billion m3 in 2010.
