摘  要:目的观察头孢羟氨苄与甲氧苄啶以不同比例配伍后对葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌抗菌的作用.方法通过2倍稀释法分别测定出乙型溶血性链球菌ATCC32204、金葡菌ATCC26003及临床分离株对头孢羟氨苄与甲氧苄啶的MIC值;用微量棋盘稀释法测出头孢羟氨苄与甲氧苄啶联用后的分级抑菌浓度(FIC)指数和联合杀菌协同系数(T/E).结果头孢羟氨苄与甲氧苄啶联用后的FIC指数范围为0.2~0.86,联合杀菌协同系数达0.7以上.结论无论从FIC指数还是从杀菌协同系数衡量,头孢羟氨苄与甲氧苄啶联用有协同作用或相加作用,体外抗菌活性明显增强.Objective To observe the effects of trimethoprim combined with cefadrxil in different ratio on Staphylococcus aurea and Streptococcus . Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of trimthoprim and cefadrxil on the standard strains of staphylococcus and streptococcus, and clinical isolates were determined by grade dilution mehod. The fractional inhibitory concentrations (FIC) and T/E were measured by microcheck method. Results the FIC of trimethoprim combined with cefadrxil were 0.2~0.86 and T/E was 0.7. Conclusion Trimethoprim and cefadrxil combination at the ratio of 1∶5 showed a synergism additive antibacterial effect.
