鸡蛋花愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的研究

摘　　要：对以鸡蛋花叶片作为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导和植株再生研究,发现MS+NAA0.1mg/L+6 BA1mg/L对愈伤诱导效果最好,出愈率达96%;愈伤组织分化为芽时,MS+NAA0.1mg/L+6 BA2mg/L效果最好,分化率达98%.生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L.Regenerable callus and plantlets were obtained from leaf segments of Solanum melougena L.The result showed that medium of MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 1mg/L, was the best to induce callus from leaf segments, the rate of callus is 96%; and the differentiation medium, was the best to induce buds from callus, and the rate is 98%; and the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.02mg/L.
