摘　　要：以玫瑰黄链毒菌杭州新亚种（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｅｓｒｏｓｅｏｆｌａｖｕｓｓｕｂｓｐｈａｎｇｚｈｏｕｅｎｓｉｓ）为出发菌，采用物理、化学诱变因子进行诱变处理，结果以离子注入、紫外线、亚硝酸处理效果较好，并筛选出发酵效价比出发菌株提高１～１５倍的高产菌株试用于生产。Two mutants 15325 and 3038 were obtained from Streptomyces roseoflavus subsp hangzhouensis treated with a series of physico-chemicall mutagenic agents These two mutants which showed their good genetic stability in the procedure of continual transfer were fermented in 3M 3 and 5M 3 tanks The potency increased from 100μg/ml of the parents strain to 220-250μg/ml
