摘　　要：目的:测定复合氨基酸注射液中山梨醇的含量。方法:1酶法分析(NADH体系) 2部颁标准(过树脂后高碘酸盐法)。结果:两种方法测的结果相符。结论:我国现行的部颁标准方法简便,准确。适用于药品的质量控制。Objective:To assay the sorbitol of Compound Amino Acid Injection.Method:1.Enzymatic assay of sorbitol(NADH).2.Drug Specification Promulgated by the Ministry of Health,PR China.(After the injection passed through the ion exchange resin,determination of sorbitol by Periodate titration).Result:The results of two methods are the same.Conclusion:The second method is simple,accurate and suitable for quality control.
