摘　　要：邓小平侨务思想具有丰富的内涵。本文试图通过对邓小平有关“海外关系”、华侨政策、华侨人才、华侨华人与中国经济发展、民族团结以及侨务机构等方面重要讲话的分析 ,探究邓小平侨务思想的精髓及其对于改革开放以来中国侨务工作发展的重要指导意义。There are rich connotations of Deng Xiaoping thoughts on overseas Chinese affairs. The article is intended to make an analysis of Deng Xiaoping's speeches on specific issues such as “overseas relation”, the policy on oversea Chinese, overseas Chinese talents, the key role of overseas Chinese in the process of China's development, the unification of Chinese descendants all over the world and the government organization of overseas Chinese affairs and so on, so as to get a clear understanding about Deng Xiaoping thoughts on overseas Chinese affairs and its great significance for the achievements of overseas Chinese affairs of the Chinese government since 1979.
