添加莨菪和疫苗对一龄草鱼促长防病饲养效果的研究

摘　　要：将莨菪和草鱼出血病组织浆疫苗添加于一龄草鱼的日粮中，经４５～６０天的网箱和水泥池饲养结果，口服莨菪和疫苗（含５％ＣＭＣ），既可使草鱼的相对增重率比对照组提高５．７～８２．９％，又可对出血病的免疫保护率达４０～５４．６％。莨菪和疫苗是促进草鱼生长和提高抗病力的有效添加剂。Henbane and tissue vaccine of haemorrhage of grass carp were supplem-ented into the daily feed of grass carp fingerlings and several feeding experiments were conducted for 45-60 days in the net cages and concretetanks.The experiment results showed that relative weight gain and immuneprotection rate of the fish fed the pellets with henbane and tissue vaccinecontaining 5%CMC)could be increased by 5.7-82.9%and 40-54.6%,respectively.Thus,henbane and tissue vaccine could be considered as theeffective feed additive components for growth-promoting and disease-resistanceof grass carp fingerling
