摘  要:分析了油煤水浆的流变特性,得到了在煤水浆中掺入0#柴油将明显改善煤中浆的粘性,有利于在柴油机供油系统中的输送。分别配制了四种不同浓度的油煤水浆,在ZH1100WA型柴油机上进行试验。结果表明:当煤油水浆中的煤、水含量都低于15%时,在柴油机上与甲烷混烧是可行的;当煤、水含量各占10%的情况下,柴油机的节油率为10~20%。After analysing the rheological behaviors of oil-coal-water slurry(OCWS)and coal-water slurry(CWS ), this paper has obtained that the viscidity ofOCWS is less than that of CWS and so it would be easier to transfer OCWSin the oil-supply system of diesel engine. Experiments on ZH1100WA dieselengine with different OCWS have been carried out and the results show thatthe diesel engine could not run until both coal and water contents in OCWSare less than 15 percent.The oil-saving rates of the engine are between 10~20%when the contents of coal and water are up to 10 percent respectively.
