摘　　要：介绍国外聚合物增强快干硅溶胶和纤维增强快干硅溶胶产品。聚合物增强快干硅溶胶在国外已有系列产品,其共同的特点是,型壳层间干燥时间大大缩短,型壳的湿强度和高温强度高,残留强度低,容易脱壳。纤维增强快干硅溶胶是上世纪末开发的新型粘结剂,这种粘结剂的特点是,靠加入有机纤维(尼龙丝)来增强,这种粘结剂对蜡模和砂粒的附着力强,型壳透气性好,层间干燥时间短。Polymer reinforced rapidly-dried sol silicate and fibre reinforced rapidly-dried sol silicate from oversea were introduced.A series of polymer reinforced sol silicates with common features including greatly shortened drying time among molding shell layers,high green strength and temperature strength,low residual strength as well as easy shell-releasing were developed.Fibre reinforced rapidly dried sol silicate is a bonding agent developed by the end of last century,whose features include strong adhersion to wax-pattern and sand particle and good permeability and short dry time due to the enhancement of organic fibre.
