摘  要:将106份粳稻滇1型不育系在温度明显不同的3个地点种植,研究其花粉败育的特点。结果表明:滇1型不育系的花粉以染败类型为主,而且在不同的温度条件下,染败率没有明显的变化,但典败率和园败率却因温度的不同而不同。生长在海拔400m的高温条件下,不育系的园败花粉率增高,典败花粉率降低;相反,生长在海拔1960m温度较低的昆明,典败花粉率增加而园败花粉率降低。本研究还发现虽然滇1型大多数不育系的花粉以染败为主(多于50%),但还是发现个别不育系的花粉染败率低于10%。Pollen abortive characters of rice cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) lines of Dian type 1 (D1) were studied with 106 CMS lines grown at three sites varying temperature conditions. The results showed that most pollens of CMS-D1 lines were the stained abortive, but a few lines had low ratio(<10%) of the stained abortive pollens. Under different temperature treatments, ratio of the stained abortive pollens was no much difference, but ratios of the spherical and the typical abortive ones were significant different. When the CMS lines were grown under high temperature conditions, the CMS lines would have more spherical abortive pollens; when temperature is lower, the CMS lines would have more typical abortive pollens.
