甜瓜生长及相关品质与基质重金属本底含量的相关性

摘　　要：以薄皮甜瓜东方密一号为植物材料,泥炭、珍珠岩、食用菌下脚料、炉渣为原料合成的5种复合栽培基质,研究了基质原料的重金属存在特点,复合栽培基质重金属含量对甜瓜叶面积、单瓜重、总糖含量以及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,按照DB/T252-2000和NY/T391-2000,下脚料完全符合标准,其它原料和栽培基质中的Cd含量普遍超标,部分栽培基质Cu含量超标;在基质重金属含量Cd超标,Pb,Cr不超标条件下,甜瓜重金属含量全部超标(DB/T258.1-2001),其中甜瓜Cd与基质的回归方程为y=0.1244ln(x)+0.5812(r=0.739),F检验显著。甜瓜单株叶面积、含糖量和单瓜重与基质重金属的相关性不显著。采用土壤环境标准作为基质筛选和栽培的标准是不合适的。With muskmelon (Cucumus melon. L.) 'Dongfang sweet No 1' as the material, and 5 types of growing media compounded from peat, perlite, waste of mushroom medium, and coal ash, the character of heavy metal in the material and growing medium, and effect of heavy metal in medium on quality of muskmelon were studied. Results showed that only quality of waste of mushroom medium was satisfied with standards, other media were out of standards. Cd content in other 4 media was several times more than the standard 's one, so was Cu contend in part of 4 media, according to standards of DB/T252-2000 and NY/T391-2000.Contends of Cd, Pb, Cr were some times greater than ones of DB/T 258.1-2001, and y=0.1244ln(x)+0.5812(r=0.739),equation of statistic regression of Cd of muskmelon with one of media, was significant different by F test. There were not significant relationship between contends of leaf area per plant and total sugar and weight of muskmelon per fruit and ones of heavy metal of media. It was not reasonable that standard of soil environment was regarded as one of medium.
