摘 要:目的:分析脑裂畸形的CT和MRI表现,提高对该病的认识。材料和方法:回顾性分析24例脑裂畸形的CT及MRI资料,单纯CT检查15例,MRI4例,CT+MRI5例。结果:本组融合型9例,分离型15例,单侧18例,双侧6例。特征性表现为灰质内衬横跨大脑半球的裂隙,外端增宽呈喇叭状与蛛网膜下腔连接;内端多与侧脑室外壁局限性峰状突起相连。结论:CT和MRI能清晰显示脑裂畸形的病理特征,检查时应首选CT,必要时行MRI检查。Purpose:To analyze CT and MRI findings of schizencephaly and to improve the knowledge of it.Materails and Methods:24cases of schizencephaly were analyzed retrospectively.15cases under-went CT scanning,4cases underwent MRI scanning,5cases underwent CT and MRI scanning.Results:There were9cases of pattern of fusion and15cases of pattern of fusion,18cases of unilateral clefts and6cases of bilateral clefts.The characteristic CT and MRI findings was a trans-cerebral cleft which was lined by gray matter.The cortical side of fissure constantly was a trumpet-shaped CSF cavity and the ventricular side usually was a diverticulum defect of the lateral wall of the ventricle.Conclusion:CT and MRI can clearly demonstrate the pathology characters of schizencephaly,we recommend CT ex-amination firstly,necessary MRI.
