化纤切断刀的锋利度与刃口半径的关系

摘　　要：对超细硬质合金化纤切断刀的锋利度与刃口半径之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明 ,切断刀的刃口半径是影响其锋利度的主要因素 ,随刃口半径的增大 ,切断刀的锋利度下降 ,切断纤维所需的切断力相应增大 ,而且两者之间呈线性对应关系。The relation between sharpness of chemical fiber cutter blade and the radius of the edge has been investigated. The results show that edge radius of the cutter blade is the main factor affecting its sharpness. The cutter blade sharpness decreases and the force to cut fiber increases with the increase of its edge radius. Showing a linear relationship between both.
