摘　　要：管理理论的发展和管理模式的演进息息相关,从对管理本质的认识,给出了管理的要素、管理和管理模式的概念模型;通过对管理理论和管理模式演进历程的分析,得出结论:管理要素重要度的变迁是管理理论和管理模式变迁的本质原因。The development of the theory of management and the evolution are closely linked.The essential factors of management and the conception model of management and the management mode were given from the understanding of the essence of the management.Through the analysis of the theory of management and the evolution process of the management mode, the conclusion was made that the variance of the importance degree of the essential factors of the management was the essential cause of the evolution of the theory of management and the management mode.
