摘　　要：以芥酸酰胺粗品为原料,采用分子蒸馏技术分离提纯芥酸酰胺,工艺条件为:一次蒸馏压力25 Pa、温度145 ℃、刮膜转速340 r/min、流量100 g/h;二次蒸馏压力1～3 Pa、温度150 ℃、刮膜转速340 r/min、流量100 g/h.得到的芥酸酰胺产品通过GC-MS气质联仪分析检测,其质量分数达98%以上,收率达92.43%.Pure erucamide was seperated and purified from crude erucamide by molecular distillation in 92.43% yield with mass percentage higher than 98%.The technological conditions were:pressure 25 Pa,temperature 145 ℃,rotation speed 340 r/min and flux 100 g/h in the first distillation;pressure 1~3 Pa,temperature 150 ℃,rotation speed 340 r/min and flux 100 g/h in the second distillation.
