摘　　要：目的了解新生健康状况。方法采用常规方法分别检测内、外、五官科等项目,并进行相关辅助检查。结果完全健康率91.09%,女性完全健康率高于男性(P<0.01),农村新生完全健康率高于城市新生,差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01);HBsAg阳性率为3.84%,城市新生高于农村新生,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);男生高于女生(P<0.01)。结论学生健康状况普遍良好,但仍存在问题,应引起重视,并采取相应预防措施。Objctive To know the health situation of freshmen in college.Methods Examining internal medicine、surgery、otolaryngology and subsidiary programes by routine methods.Results The rate of complete health was 91.09%.The comlepte health rate of girls is higher than that of boys (P<0.01).The complete health rate of rural background was higher than that of the urban background (P<0.01).The incidence of HBsAg was 3.84%,the rate of people from city was higher(P<0.05),boys' was higher than girls'(P<0.01).Conclusion Health situation of students was good as a whole,but there were some problems.Different measures should be taken to improve students' physical grade.
