摘　　要：内耗是一种广泛存在于各类组织的现象,它对一个组织产生极大的危害。描述了政府机构中的种种内耗现象,分析了内耗的成因,并试图对消除内耗的对策做一些探索。The phenomenon of inner consumption is widely existing in all kinds of organizations.It will badly damage the organizations.This article describes the phenomenon of inner consumption in government,analyses the source of them,and offers some countermeasures.
