摘　　要：结合中科案等典型案例对操纵行为的各种表现作了分析介绍。在对于法律规制的分析中概述了国际状况,结合我国的现实提出了一些建议。This paper analyzed all kinds of manipulations of securities in the market of securities.The author gave an overview on the situation about the law-control of manipulation of securities in the world and put forward his sug- gestions to today's Chinese market of securities.
