摘　　要：加入 WTO 是我国金融业步入世界金融体系的一个开端,它带来的影响将是十分深远的。中国银行业必须正视自己的现状,深刻剖析长期所积累的问题,认真学习和借鉴国外先进的管理经验,制定有针对性的对策,为在新的竞争中立于于败之地做好充分准备。Entery into WTO is a beginning of our financial circle stepping into the world financial system and it will have a far-reaching influence.China's financial circles must face their status-quo,analyze their long-accumulated problems,study and use the advanced management cxperience from other countries.Furthermore,they should work out some measures in order to be successful in the new competition.
