摘 要:应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了橡胶和聚氨酯弹性体两种材料模型负重轮的应力场有限元模型,计算出节点生热率作为负载导入到温度场有限元模型中,进行温升有限元计算,得到两种材料模型负重轮的温升规律,并且进行了对比试验.室内台架试验结果验证了有限元分析的温升规律,台架模拟试验结果进一步表明,所研究的模型负重轮在相同的负载和转速条件下,聚氨酯弹性体都比橡胶材料发热少,温升低.With the software ANSYS, finite element structural models of rubber and cast polyurethane road wheel models are established. After calculating heat generation ratio of the nodes, the results are used as the thermal loads on the finite element models of temperature field established with ANSYS as well. From the results of finite element analysis and test research, thermal characteristics of rubber and cast polyurethane can be contrasted. From the data obtained in the test, the models established with ANSYS are proved reasonable. As a conclusion, under the same test condition rubber will become much hotter than cast polyurethane.
