摘 要:研究了乙酸 乙酸钠缓冲体系中铽与司帕沙星络合物的荧光特性.司帕沙星与Tb3+存在能量转移关系,使Tb3+545nm处的特征荧光峰大为增强,据此建立了稀土离子Tb3+增敏荧光光谱测定司帕沙星的新方法.测定的最佳条件为:pH5.6,Tb3+浓度4.0×10-4mol/L,λex/λem=275nm/545nm.线性范围1.0×10-7~1.5×10-5mol/L,检测下限1.6×10-9mol/L.该方法用于测定尿液中司帕沙星的含量,结果令人满意.The fluorescence characteristics of terbium(Ⅲ)-sparfloxacin complex are researched in HAC-NaAC buffer. There is energy transfer between Tb^(3+) and sparfloxacin, which strengthens the characteristic peak of Tb^(3+) at 545 nm. Based on this reaction, we propose a simple new method for the fluorescence spectrum determination of Sparfloxacin. The optimum experimental conditions are as follows: the excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 275 and 545 nm, respectively and the concentration of Tb^(+3) is 4.0×10^(-4) mol/L. The linear range is 1×10^(-7)~1.5×10^(-5) mol/L with the detection limit of 1.6×10^(-9) mol/L. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of Sparfloxacin in urine. The result is satisfactory.
