摘　　要：医药科研档案在新时期卫生现代化建设中有着重要作用,特别是对科研成果的形成、申报、管理、开发及利用等方面有着深远意义。根据现阶段医学科研档案的现状及特点,着重对在成果工作中遇到的实际问题进行分析和探讨,从而进一步阐明科研档案与科研成果之间的关系,提出科研档案信息资源是科研成果的基础、源泉和动力。Medical research archives of military medical and hygienic system play important roles in the movement of military medical modernization in the new era, especially for the formation, application, management and utilization of S&T achievements. Based on the present status and characteristics of scientific research archives, analysis and discuss of practical probes in achieement application was emphasized, and the relationship between scientific research files and S&T achievements was elucidated. The viewpoint was suggested that information resource of scientific research archives was the basis and sources of S&T achievements, and that it had positive effect on the formation and development of S&T achievements.
