摘　　要：描述了1991-2 0 0 3年陕西省专利申请受理量、专利申请授权量情况;专利申请量在全国、西部地区的排序。我国专利产出存在的问题,外国人在中国申请专利的状况和保护知识产权等内容。在知识产权申请和保护方面的成绩和不足。Describes the amounts of ShaanXi pantent application and acceptance and authorization from 1991 to 2003.Gradates the quantities of ShaanXi pantent application in whole country and west areas.Discusses the problem of ShaanXi intellectual property output,present situation of foreigners applying pantent in China and protecting of intellectual property,achievement and shortage in intellectual property management,and give some improving methods.
