摘 要:介绍了以激光二极管抽运Nd:YAG晶体的倍频激光器为抽运源,高平均功率准连续运转的全固态宽调谐掺钛蓝宝石(Ti:sapphire)激光器.自由运转时,在抽运光功率为16 W,透过率为30%时,获得了最高6.44 W的掺钛蓝宝石激光输出,相应光-光转换效率大于40%.为了获得宽波段可调谐激光输出,采用石英布氏棱镜对作腔内色散元件,通过调节输出镜获得了调谐范围740~880 nm,线宽约1 nm的宽波段输出.在抽运光功率为11.5 W时,最高输出功率为2.87 W,相应的光-光转换效率为25%.作为对比,又研究了重火石棱镜作为腔内色散元件时,掺钛蓝宝石激光器的调谐输出特性,实验表明输出激光的线宽明显变窄,但输出功率却显著下降.An all solid state broadly tunable high-average-power laser source based on the Ti:sapphire crystal pumped by a frequency-doubled laser diode pumped Nd:YAG laser is reported in this paper. Without any dispersion elements in cavity, 6.44 W of Ti:sapphire laser output is obtained when the pump power is 16 W and the transmissivity of output mirror is 30%, the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is higher than 40%. With the use of two intracavity quartz Brewster prisms, the Ti:sapphire laser is tunable from 740 nm to 880 nm and the linewidth is about 1 nm. The maximum average output power is 2.87 W at 11.5 W pump power, and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is about 25%. For comparison, tunable characteristic of two flint-glass prism using as dispersion elements is studied, and the experiment demonstrates that the linewidth of the tunable laser is narrow down notably, but the output power is failed obviously.
