摘　　要：本文说明了企业技术跨越机会窗口的涵义,建立了基于突破性技术创新的企业技术跨越实现模型,探讨了突破性技术创新对企业技术跨越机会窗口的作用,分析了机会窗口在技术、市场、顾客和企业综合作用下如何开启和关闭的过程,提出突破性技术创新是实现企业技术跨越的新机遇。This paper explains the different possibility and opportunity based on sustainin g technology innovation and disruptive technology innovation,analyses the proces s of focusing and volatilization of the possibility and opportunity which under the influence of disruptive technology innovation,by case analysis,researches th e main factors that influence the possibility and opportunity.
