摘　　要：本文回顾以往经济学企业理论中关于企业边界的研究,在此基础上从知识的角度出发研究了当前企业的存在性质及边界界定。最后指出,企业组织创新和知识管理是当前企业竞争的必由之路。This paper reviews the researches of the boundary o f firms which mentioned in ancient theory of firms,then studies the essence and bo undaries of the current firms.At last,it indicates that,for all firms,innovation in form and knowledge management are the only ways to win in competitions.
