摘　　要：本文针对当前知识管理系统模型中存在的问题,基于知识管理本质特征与知识管理系统概念界定,通过系统性思维重新审视知识管理系统的诸要素,将知识管理系统看作是知识、人、知识链、技术工具和企业内环境等要素及其间关系的整合体。在此基础上,对上述诸要素进行全面分析,为进一步探究诸要素间关系及后续的知识管理系统建模奠定了基础。In this paper,according to the problems of current kn owledge manaegment system(KMS)models,grounding on the essence of knowledge manag ement(KM)and the conception of KMS,the elements of KMS are rethought by using so me ideologies and ways of system science.KMS is regarded as aggregation of knowl edge,person,knowledge chain,techno-tools,enterprise environment and their relati onships.Then,comprehensive and deeply analysis of all the KMS elements is carrie d out.This paper lays a foundation for the next step research,study on the relat ionships of those elements and KMS modeling.
