小鼠小肠Cajal间质细胞的分布与c-kit mRNA表达初步研究

摘　　要：目的　观察Cajal间质细胞在BALB c小鼠小肠中的分布及c kitmRNA表达的研究。方法　选取成年BALB c小鼠,采用免疫组化法鉴定Cajal间质细胞,采用RT PCR及mRNA提取法检测c kitmRNA的表达情况。结果　Cajal间质细胞主要分布在小肠环肌层纵肌层间以及浆膜下区,小肠肌条中c kitmRNA表达量很低,需经过mRNA提取后方能检测出。结论　明确了Cajal间质细胞在BALB c小鼠小肠中的分布,探讨了c kitmRNA表达情况并进一步提出了研究c kitmRNA表达的方法,为更深入研究Cajal间质细胞奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal and study the expression of c-kit mRNA in the BALB/c murine small intestine. Methods Interstitial cells of Cajal were identified by immunohistochemistry. The expressions of c-kit mRNA were measured by RT-PCR and mRNA extraction. Results Interstitial cells of Cajal distributed mainly between the circular and longitudinal muscle layers and in the subserosa in the small intestine. The expressions of c-kit mRNA could be detected by mRNA extraction and RT-PCR. Conclusion The distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal and the expressions of c-kit mRNA in the BALB/c murine small intestine were determined.
