摘  要:目的:了解深圳市龙岗区政府所在地龙城街道办和龙岗街道办辖区0~6岁儿童的营养状况以及十年变化情况,评价基层儿保工作的质量。方法:于1 993~2 0 0 3年对辖区0~6岁儿童进行身高和体重测量,采用WHO儿童生长发育评价标准,用电脑进行评价。结果:营养不良率有逐年下降趋势,肥胖率则呈现逐年上升趋势;营养不良率女童和婴幼儿分别高于男童和学龄前儿童,肥胖率男童和学龄前儿童分别高于女童和婴幼儿。结论:预防营养不良任重而道远,加大肥胖防治力度势在必行,应采取有效干预措施。Objective:To understand the nutritional status and to examine the prevalence between the years 1993and 2003 of children in the age group of 0-6 years.These children live in the area where the govemment of LongGang District, Shenzhen, is located and managed by the LongCheng Street Management Office and Long Gang Street Management Office. This is to further evaluate the child health care work at the grass roots. Methods:The data were collected by measuring the height and weight of the children living in the area mentioned above from 1993 to 2003.Computer-aided analysis and evaluation was performed for these data with respect to WHO's Children Growth Evaluation Criteriia. Results:In 1993-2003, while the percentage of malnutrition amongst the children measured was trending down in each year, the percentage of obesity went up. The percentage of malnutrition in girls is higher than that in boys, and that number in young child is higher than that in pre-school child. The percentage of obesity in boys is higher than that in girls, and that number in pre-school child is higher than that in young child. Conclusions:Preventing malnutrition is hard and requires consistent effort. At the same time, we must enhance the improvement activities of preventing obesity by applying some effective precaution methods.
