摘　　要：在对广东省主要高校图书馆网上咨询开展情况进行调查分析的基础上,探讨了该省高校图书馆网上咨询服务存在的问题,并提出了发展思路。Through the survey and analysis on the consultation service on the net in the main university libraries in Guangdong Province, this article points out its existing problems and developmental way of thinking.
