摘  要:要:以12个具有不同HMW GS组成类型的春小麦为材料,在同一氮水平条件下研究不同形态氮肥对春小麦籽粒HMW谷蛋白聚合体的效应。结果表明,春小麦开花后10~15d左右形成可溶性谷蛋白,先出现的是低分子量谷蛋白,接着是HMW谷蛋白聚合体。随籽粒生长谷蛋白积累水平呈上升趋势,花后2 5d达最大值,但品种(品系)间的积累强度、最大值和最终水平均不同;籽粒灌浆过程中先出现较低分子量的HMW谷蛋白聚合体,再形成更高分子量的HMW谷蛋白聚合体。HMW谷蛋白聚合体出现在花后10~2 0d ,具有7+9和2 +12亚基组成的新克旱9、泉2 2 4和东农S5 7于花后2 0d达最大值,其余品种(品系)花后2 5d达最大值,但各品种(品系)积累强度和最终水平存在差异。对于HMW谷蛋白聚合体的积累强度和最终水平的增加尿素具有一定作用,各品种(品系)的遗传特性也有一定影响,但与品种(品系)的HMW GS组成无明显联系。The effects of the different nitrogen sources on high molecular weight glutenin aggregates under the same amount of nitrogen application had been studied.Twelve cultivars with different HMW-GS composition were used.The results showed that the glutenin formation was initiated around 10 th-15 th days post-anthesis(DPA)differing with genotypes,and the LMW glutenin formed firstly,then the HMW glutenin.Along with the grain filling,the glutenin content increased gradually and attained the maximum at 25 th DPA,but the maximum and total accumulation intensity were not the same in different HMW-GS genotypes.During grain filling,HMW glutenin aggregates with lower molecular weight formed firstly,then the higher one.XKH9,Q224 and DN S57 with the subunits 7+9 and 2+12 attained the maximum of HMW glutenin aggregates at 20 th DPA,the others attained at 25 th DPA,but the accumulation intensity and the maximum were not the same in different HMW-GS genotype.The dynamic accumulation and total accumulation amount of HMW glutenin aggregates were promoted by urea and controlled by the cultivars heredity but also not apparent by related to the different HMW-GS composition.
