摘  要:以甘薯品种栗子香为材料,用0~10 0Gy1 2 C5+ 和0~2 0 0Gy4 He2 + 离子束分别照射其胚性悬浮细胞团,结果表明,栗子香胚性细胞团适宜的1 2 C5+ 和4 He2 + 辐射剂量分别为30~5 0Gy和5 0~70Gy。对辐照后的材料进行培养,通过体细胞胚胎发生途径获得大量再生植株。将获得的再生植株移栽到大田,对其地上部和地下部特征进行分析,发现离子束辐照后代在叶形、薯皮色及单株结薯性等性状上发生了变异。获得了一批叶形、薯皮色等的突变体。Sweetpotato, Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam., is a vegetatively propagated crop. Mutation breeding is one of major approaches in improving varieties of sweetpotato. Recently ion beam irradiation has been attached importance in crop improvement. In the present study, embryogenic cell-aggregates of sweetpotato cv. Lizixiang were irradiated with 12C 5+ of 0-100 Gy and 4He 2+ of 0-200 Gy, respectively, in which the optimal dose was 30-50 Gy and 50-70 Gy, respectively. Lots of regenerated plants were obtained from the irradiated embroygenic cell-aggregates via somatic embryogenesis. The regenerated plants were transplanted in a field. Variations of leaf shape, root skin color and the number of storage roots per plant were observed. The mutants of leaf shape and root skin color were obtained.
