摘　　要：目的探讨双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾分析2000年3月～2002年6月双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折22例,随访20例。结果骨折愈合良好,无骨折延迟愈合、骨不连。结论双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折效果良好。Objective To study the clinical result of operative treatment of flat roof of tibia fractures with double anatomic plates. Methods From mar 2000 to jun 2002,22 cases of flat roof of tibia fractues are treated with double anatomic plates.20cases are followed up. Results All fractures healed and function of extermity had recovered. Conclusion Double anatomic plate is suitable for treating the flat roof of tibia fractures.
