经尿道汽化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生症(附110例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨汽化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床应用。方法采用经尿道汽化(TUVP)并用前列腺电切TURP治疗前列腺增生症110例,其中80岁以上6例;慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、哮喘患者16例;冠心病高血压、心肌梗死、心电图异常、房颤20例;糖尿病患者4例;肾积水肾功能不全8例;脑血管并发症患者10例。结果手术顺利,出血量少,视野清晰,手术时间缩短。术后随访6个月以上,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、尿流率以及残余尿量均有显著改善,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论TUVP结合TURP治疗前列腺增生症,安全,效率高,出血量少,手术时间缩短,术后尿道刺激症状持续时间短。To investigate the integrated method of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TUVP) and transurethral resction of the prostate (TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). 110 cases of BPH were treated with TUVP and TURP. Followed up for 6 months, the I-PSS and postvoid residual urine decreased, the quality of life score (QOL) and urine flow rate increased significantly after TUVP and TURP. There were no serious complications occurred, the general results were satisfactory. [Conclusions] TUVP and TURP are an effective and safe method to treat BPH.
