纤维支气管镜检查对儿童肺支气管疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜对儿童肺支气管疾病的诊断和治疗价值。方法回顾性调查分析1992年1月￣2004年6月21例儿童接受纤维支气管镜检查的临床资料。结果采用日本产OlympusBF-40纤维支气管镜进行常规检查,确诊支气管异物15例,其中13例成功取出支气管异物,诊断支气管内膜结核2例,韦格氏肉芽肿1例,慢性支气管炎和非特异性炎症3例。有2例纤维支气管镜取异物失败后转外科行硬质纤维支气管镜成功取出异物。结论纤维支气管镜可以用于儿童肺支气管疾病的诊治,纤维支气管镜取支气管异物损伤较小,方法简单,患儿痛苦小,成功率高,应作为取支气管异物的常规方法。To assess the diagonosis value and the role of fiberoptics brochoscope detecting brobchial disease or pulmonary disease. To analysis the clinic data of 21 cases accepting brobchial disease or pulmonary disease, detected between 1992.1 to 2004.6 years. Fiberoptics brochoscope usual detecting was determined by fiberoptics brochoscope (Olympus BF-40). 15 cases foreign body in airway were diagonosed, 13 cases were succeed in taking choked things from brobchial, 2 cases brochial Tuberculosis, 1 case Wegener′s granulomatosis, 3 cases bronchitis were diagonosed, 2 cases was defeated by fiberoptics brochoscope in surgon. [Conclusion] Fiberoptics brochoscope may be used to diagnose brobchial disease or pulmonary disease of children. This way is simple and little injured, but highly rate of success. It may be used routinely at taking foreign body in airway.
